EAFC
ELEV8 ATHLETICS FOOTBALL CLUB
Our travel teams are a 3-season commitment, including seasonal outdoor and indoor training, league games and 3-4 tournaments per year. Our training program works to improve technical, tactical and physical skills, and includes sessions focused on strengthening and conditioning. The core training schedule is outlined below but may be modified slightly based on age-appropriate needs and/or player interest, with advance notice.
FALL - 10 weeks (September - November)
2 x 90 minute practices per week (including Fitness and Strength & Conditioning sessions)
1 x 60 minute practice per week
1 x video session
1 x tournament
1 x seasonal parent/coach meeting
Age-specific weekend matches
WINTER - 10 weeks (December - March)
2-3 practices per week
Video sessions
Age-specific Indoor League matches
1 x indoor tournament
SPRING - 12 weeks (mid-March - June)

Team events are held throughout the year to foster camaraderie and build a bond among teammates.
The club offers small group and private sessions upon request.
