EAFC Girls Program
WHAT TO EXPECT!
Under the direction of Mike Alexander and Elliot O'Sullivan the EAFC Travel Program is poised to be Westchester's most sought after Soccer Program. EAFC provides all of its players high quality on-field coaching supported by intense off-field training, stretching, and injury prevention programs. Having access to local, well maintained indoor and outdoor fields, athletic performance centers, and dedicated medical professionals our EAFC program provides our athletes with an unparalleled full service training program.
THE EAFC SEASON
Mid April: Try-outs & Team Invitations for the upcoming season
Early September - Mid November: Two weekly 90min on-field outdoor training sessions (Included).
10-12 Week Season One weekly 90min on-field indoor training session (Included).
(6 weeks for HS Teams) One weekly 60min sports performance training session (Optional).
One Weekend Tournament. Location TBD, may included overnight travel (Included).
Early Jan - Mid March: One weekly 90min futsol or turf indoor training session (Included).
Ten Week Season One weekly 60min sports performance training session (Included)
One monthly 60min Team Video Analysis Session (Included)
One Weekend Tournament. Location TBD, may included overnight travel (Included).
Mid March - Early June: Two weekly 90min on-field outdoor training sessions (Included)
Twelve Week Season One weekly 90min on-field indoor training session (Included)
One weekly 60min sports performance training session (Optional).

Players Yearly Team Fees Include all Above (Included) events.
Rosters consist of 12-18 players based on team graduation year. Tryout registration is NOW open.
EAFC employs a full range of qualified and energetic staff including on-field coaches, personal trainers, and physicians.

EAFC Teams will compete in the EDP Premier League, USYS National League, and WYSL Premier League.
